Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time and 5-7 business days for shipping on all US orders. For international orders allow 7-14 business days. To ensure that your order is properly delivered and that you receive your order within the shipping time frame, please make sure your address is entered correctly, including any abbreviations, apartment numbers etc. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered orders if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

All lingerie and novelty items are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Return Policy

We will accept exchanges on trainers within 5-7 business days of the delivery date. Please send an email to cod3redllc@gmail.com within 2 days after delivery if a trainer is needing to be exchanged. The trainer must be unworn and unwashed. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Upon returning an item, the processing and shipping time frame is 5-7 business days after item has been received.
